Refund Policy

Our policy provides coverage for 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

### Return Requirements
To be considered for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

### Refunds (if applicable)
To request a refund, please email us within 60 days of receiving the damaged item(s) at support@dinocraft.co and include pictures of the damaged item(s). Once we process your email, we will send you a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for your order.

### Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at support@dinocraft.co.
